Google Cloud Platform, offered by Google, is a suite of cloud computing services that runs on the same infrastructure that Google uses internally for its end-user products. As part of this suite, Google offers Dialogflow, a comprehensive platform for developing chatbots, voice bots, and virtual agents using natural language understanding and Google’s AI technology. Dialogflow was originally developed by a company called Speaktoit, which Google acquired in 2016. Since then, Dialogflow has become a key component of Google’s Conversational AI offerings, providing enterprises with tools to create engaging and intelligent conversational experiences across various channels and applications. Dialogflow’s capabilities include natural language processing, multi-turn conversations, integration with various platforms and services, and the ability to leverage Google’s advanced AI models and technologies. The platform is available in two editions, Dialogflow ES (standard) and Dialogflow CX (advanced), to cater to the needs of businesses of different sizes and complexity. Dialogflow is widely used by developers and enterprises to build conversational interfaces for chatbots, virtual assistants, and other interactive applications, leveraging the power of Google’s cloud infrastructure and AI capabilities.
